Flex Shift Supervisor-Warren

MMI Engineered Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor to join our Team. Our ideal candidate will have at least five (5) years of processing experience (plastic injection molding). Located in Warren, Michigan, MMI Engineered Solutions provides world class engineering solutions for advanced composites and engineered resins across multiple industries. We engineer innovative ideas for today's complex design and manufacturing issues. The Flex Shift Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the shift meets cost, quality and through put standards. This is achieved by providing leadership, guidance and coaching to all shift personnel. The ideal candidate Should have extensive knowledge in Maintenance related to Plastic injection molding.
