Fleet/Maintenance Clerk

**Job Summary** : Schedule & coordinate preventative maintenance and repairs, maintain parts inventory, and act as a point of contact for the Fleet shop.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Collaborate with transportation to schedule preventative maintenance and repairs.
+ Order and maintain parts inventory. Upload invoices and close purchase requests.
+ Maintain electronic vehicle inspection reports and coordinate repairs with mechanics.
+ Communicate equipment status updates daily.
