Cumberland Council is looking for a skilled and motivated Vehicle Workshop Mechanics to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a busy workshop environment, supporting a diverse fleet of vehicles and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine servicing, inspections, repairs and maintenance of fleet vehicles and equipment
• Undertake diagnostic fault finding, accident repairs and vehicle modifications
• Respond to operational incidents, providing emergency repair support where required
• Support vehicle changeovers and ensure fleet availability
• Maintain accurate records and complete all required documentation
