Fleet Traineeship - Central Fleet Support Track

Imagine working on a vessel from idea to reality. Starting with a concept, reviewing designs and seeing it come to life somewhere in the world. As a Central Fleet Trainee in Papendrecht, you help develop Boskalis’ fleet by working on impactful projects that push the boundaries of what’s possible. 

What you can expect 

As a trainee, you will work on engineering projects across our fleet organisation worldwide, covering different project phases from early engineering and design to construction, testing and sea trials. Alternating between office-based work at our headquarters in Papendrecht and project locations or shipyards abroad, you will gain broad insight into vessel development and operation.  

Depending on your assignment, you could be involved in the construction of new vessels at shipyards in China or Turkey, support technical upgrade...
