Fleet Safety & Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

1. Implement Preventive Maintenance Schedule Develop and execute a preventive maintenance schedule for the entire warehouse fleet, including 4.2m trucks, L300 vans, and electric vehicles (EV), to ensure vehicles are in good operating condition and reduce unplanned downtime.

2. Conduct Monthly Vehicle Safety Inspections Carry out monthly vehicle safety inspections covering brake systems, tire conditions, lighting and signals, and emissions compliance. Maintain inspection records and follow up on issue resolution.

3. Coordinate External Repairs and Track Maintenance Costs Liaise with external workshops and service centers for major repairs; establish and maintain repair cost tracking records, analyze maintenance cost structure regularly, and optimize cost control.
