What we are looking for:

Aldridge is seeking an experienced and dedicated Fleet Parts Associate to join our talented team. In this role, you will be responsible delivering, stocking, tracking, and transporting parts from vendors to work sites both in-house and externally. This role is highly organized, hands-on, and critical to supporting mechanics and keeping a safe work environment.

What you’ll do:

+ Manage receipt, receiving, and storage of parts orders from third party and internal vendors

+ Leverage systems and technology to track, report, close, and communicate issues related to vendor orders

+ Be available for delivery or pick up of materials from vendors as needed to fleet or field personnel

+ Oversee purchase orders and net term requirements; communicate and partner with accounts payable to ensure vendor payments are made in a timely manner
