Join us as Fleet & Operations Supervisor: Lead our operations crew, oversee fleet maintenance & scheduling, and ensure on-time vehicle delivery for smooth & reliable rental experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage vehicle delivery & pick-up schedules to/from customer locations; minimize delays.
• Coordinate with booking/reservation team to forecast demand for peak periods or outstation service.
• Supervise and assign tasks to operations crew; ensure adequate staffing each shift; arrange part-time/temporary staff when needed.
• Ensure SOP compliance: pre-delivery and post-return inspections, customer handovers & returns.
• Manage fleet maintenance & regulatory compliance: hire-&-drive permit, liaise with APAD, PUSPAKOM & JPJ for permits, inspections, insurance, road tax.
• Oversee vehicle readiness: safety checks, cleanliness, fuel level, documentation/stickers.
