• Engage with customers to assist with motorcycle rental services
• Respond to customer queries via socialmedia platforms (e.g., Carousell, Google)
• Clearly explain the terms and conditionsof the rental services to customers
• Collect necessary documentation forcontract or billing purposes
• Follow up with customers regarding latepayments and send reminders or warnings where necessary
• Provide assistance to customers onbike-related issues or enquiries

• Maintain and wash motorcycles regularly
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness ofbike storage areas
• Liaise with mechanic for engine oilchanges or maintenance when required
