Job Description

Job Title: Fleet Mechanic

Department: Department of Public Works

Reports To: Director of Public Works/Project Manager

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Education& Experience: High school diploma or GED required; 2-4 years of relevant experience in fleet or equipment maintenance preferred

Work Schedule: Monday- Friday 7am-3pm

Position Summary:

The Fleet Mechanic is responsible for maintaining and repairing the Association's fleet vehicles and equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operation. This role supports the Public Works team by performing diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and repairs, while also assisting with facility-related tasks as needed.
