About The Job
The Fleet Manager is responsible for the overall performance, utilization and profitability of the fleet. This role leads and coordinates the fleet team across rider onboarding, live operations, rider support and asset management, ensuring all components work seamlessly to achieve revenue, utilization and service quality targets
Responsibilities
1. Fleet Operations & Revenue Performance
 Own fleet performance against revenue, order completion and utilization targets
 Ensure optimal deployment of riders and assets to maximize daily and weekly revenue
 Track and improve KPIs including:
o Asset utilization rate
o Active rider rate
o Orders per rider per day
o Revenue per asset
 Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions quickly
2. Team Leadership & Coordination
 Lead and manage the fleet team across:
o Rider Onboarding
o Live Operations
o Rider Support
o Asset Management
