We are representing our client in Mining & Building Materials industry. As the company prepares for expansion, they are looking for a hands-on Fleet Manager (New Position) to be based at their workshop in Hulu Langat, Selangor.

Job Description:

To lead and manage the companys transport operations, ensuring all trucks, heavy machinery, drivers, and logistics activities are executed efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively to support project and mining operations.

Responsibilities:

• To lead the Fleet Management team consist of Transport Supervisor, Fleet Maintenance Supervisor, Inhouse Mechanics and Drivers / Operators.
• Plan, organize, and oversee all fleet operations for construction and sand delivery.
• Ensure all trucks are properly maintained, licensed, and comply with JPJ, PUSPAKOM, and DOSH regulations.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules and monitor implementation.
