Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute FTL operations for project based businesses, bonded and cross-border land transportation.
• Execute full truckload vehicle dispatch based on orders and project requirements, including vehicle, driver, vehicle type and departure scheduling.
• Track transportation execution and monitor key milestones (loading, in-transit, arrival) to ensure on-time delivery.
• Handle transportation exceptions and coordinate with drivers, vendors and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Collect and verify proof of delivery (POD) documents, maintain dispatch records, and provide execution status updates.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above, preferably in logistics, supply chain or freight forwarding related.
• 1-3 years of experience in FTL transportation, vehicle dispatch or transportation execution.
