A well established and growing landscaping company is seeking a hands-on Fleet Maintenance Supervisor / Shop Manager to lead and improve shop operations. This is a real leadership role where your work directly affects the field crews every day.

**What You Will Do**
• Lead maintenance for trucks, trailers, landscaping equipment, and small engines
• Run daily shop work, set schedules & repair priorities while leading an Assistant Mechanic
• Handle PMs to keep equipment running and reduce breakdowns
• Handle diagnostics across diesel, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
