Fleet Logistics Manager
Role Overview
Oversees fleet operations to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective transportation. Responsible for dispatch planning, vehicle shipments, driver coordination, vendor management, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily dispatch, routing, scheduling, and vehicle assignments
- Coordinate vehicle shipments and third-party drivers
- Monitor fleet performance, delivery timelines, and logistics costs
- Maintain accurate records (shipments, costs, repairs, incidents, compliance)
- Ensure safety standards and transportation regulations are followed
- Lead and support logistics staff (hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling)
- Work with internal teams on planning, budgeting, and operations alignment
