Fleet IT Specialist

JOB SUMMARY

A Fleet IT Specialist provides first- to third-level technical support for vessel systems, acting as the central point of contact for both onboard crew and shore-based staff. He/She independently diagnoses and resolves IT issues across multiple channels – such as phone, email, remote access, or onboard visits – while ensuring compliance with company standards, including ISM and ISO requirements.

DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

GENERAL

• 1st, 2nd and 3rd level IT support for the fleet
• Central contact person for the leading crew on board, as well as for the shore-based staff in case of any IT-related questions and problems with the working systems
