Fleet Equipment Technician

Description: The Role Blue Peak Tents is hiring a Fleet Equipment Technician (FET) to be the go-to technical authority for our event equipment — HVAC, generators, restroom trailers, lighting, flooring, and climate control. This is a hands-on, build-it role: you'll maintain fleet readiness, develop field-ready SOPs, and serve as the primary Saturday point of contact for technical issues. Early on, you'll spend ~50% of your time in the field learning the business firsthand. Over time, the focus shifts to building systems, training others, and reducing reactive calls on senior leadership.
