Job Summary

Salary: £50,000 per annum. Joining bonus: £2,000 and a generous relocation package for the right candidate.

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the engineering team at our Buchan depots in Peterhead.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers, technicians, and apprentices in maintaining and repairing a fleet of approximately 45 buses and coaches.
• Manage plant and building operations, ensuring all facilities meet safety and maintenance standards.
• Provide day‑to‑day support, advice and management to the team.
• Oversee resource management: ordering, inventory control, recruiting, training and health & safety.
• Ensure vehicles are presented to the high standards expected by customers.
