Fleet Dispatch Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Fleet Dispatch Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our refrigerated trucking fleet. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and experience in dispatch operations and logistics coordination. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the trucking or logistics industry and be comfortable using GPS tracking software.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor dispatch operations for a fleet of 20 refrigerated trucks running 24/7.
• Use Samsara GPS software to track vehicle locations, routes, and schedules.
• Ensure reefer temperature compliance to maintain refrigeration standards.
• Communicate with drivers about routes, schedules, and operational updates.
• Track compliance requirements, including vehicle inspections (90-day, annual inspections).
