Job Purpose:

The Fleet Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of driver management and workshop repair operations. This role acts as a key liaison between drivers, planners and the workshop team to optimize fleet utilization, manage repairs, enforce driver discipline, and uphold operational standards.

A.     Key Responsibilities:

Workshop Repair Coordination

i.      Oversee and coordinate all repair activities, including:

• Breakdowns - Ensure swift response and resolution.
• In-house Repairs - Liaise with the workshop team to prioritize and schedule repairs.
• Third-Party Repairs - Arrange and follow up on repairs done by external workshops.
• Special Cases - Handle unique repair requests or urgent issues requiring immediate attention.
