Fleet controller

Key Requirements Grade 12 (Matric) essential. Minimum 3 years' experience as a Fleet Controller within the transport, logistics, or road freight industry. Experience managing heavy vehicle operations and fleet tracking systems. Strong knowledge of transport regulations, vehicle compliance, and fleet administration. Ability to coordinate multiple vehicles, drivers, and deliveries simultaneously. Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Computer literate with experience using Microsoft Office and fleet management systems. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Monitor and track vehicle movements using fleet management systems. Plan daily transport schedules, routes, and vehicle allocations. Ensure compliance with transport regulations, vehicle servicing, and maintenance schedules. Liaise with drivers, customers, and workshop teams to resolve operational issues.
