Salary: R22,000.00 - R25,500.00 per month
Introduction:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Fleet Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet, managing drivers, and maintaining effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2-4 years of experience in the road freight/logistics industry, particularly with taut liners and/or tipper trucks.
Responsibilities Capture and update planned loads on Fleet Management Systems, and inform the Planner to allocate loads to trucks. Ensure drivers receive loading instructions, understand expectations, and are informed of any changes. Continuously monitor truck and driver movements to ensure efficient operations.
