Job Description
Take the wheel of a fast-paced logistics operation as a Fleet Controller where you’ll play a key role in optimising resources and keeping freight moving efficiently. Lead drivers, coordinate schedules, and make a real impact by ensuring safe, compliant, and high-performing transport operations every day.
Daily operational control of SCT Refrigeration Fleet, including company Rigid vehicles & sub- contractors.
Daily scheduling and planning to ensure efficient PUD deliveries to customers.
Controlling driver rosters.
Monitoring and supporting activities of drivers to ensure company and customer standards are met.
Recording daily activities.
Reconciliation of subcontractor payments.
Assisting with KPI recording.
Preparing run sheets, manifests and consignments.
HACCP Compliance
Be available as required for weekend work.
Conducting regular driver toolbox ...
