Fleet Controller

• Monitor and facilitate the transportation of all products, parts, trailers and/or services offered by any Group of Companies between distribution points or manufacturers.


• Develop strategies and analyse existing systems for operations and identify new improvements for the transportation system.


• Implementation of systems and procedures to recorded and manage all critical aspects.


• Update and maintain trucks and drivers' information and inventory of spare parts and tyres database daily.


• Coordinating fleet maintenance and repairs and file accidents


• Ensure that all drivers have the correct documentation for transportation.


• Manage and communicate with drivers for scheduled collections and drop-offs and training the status of vehicles and loads.


• Oversee and check he logbooks of drivers to ensure that all information is accurate and on time for authorisation and payment.
