The Fleet Controller - AM position at SCT Group, located in WA Forrestfield within the Dry Transport (WA) department, is an integral role within the Logistics, Supply & Transport category. As the Fleet Controller - AM, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of our transport fleet. Your main tasks will include:

• Coordinate fleet and driver movements to meet delivery schedules.
• Adjust vehicle schedules in response to delays, breakdowns, or urgent requests.
• Brief drivers and provide necessary information for safe and efficient routes.
• Optimise routes in collaboration with planning teams to reduce empty kilometres.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, depots, warehouses, and customers.
• Record and report delays, incidents, and operational issues promptly.
