The role of a Flavour Mixer is to ensure Syrups and Flavours are processed timeously, in accordance with specific recipes, to enable production requirements.

Mix the required syrups for production according to production plan. Do quality checks for all syrups made (odour, and appearance). Fill, complete and submit related paperwork (traceability, MRP, CIP, etc.). Perform CIPs for tanks and associated equipment....
