• Monitor the daily performance, availability, and operational status of flash charging stations across the network.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities with internal teams, contractors, and service providers.
• Respond to operational issues, service disruptions, and customer complaints, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
• Track charging station uptime, utilization, and operational KPIs, preparing regular performance reports and analyses.
