**What will you do?
**- Create offer and contracts using the templates available on the share drive.Peer review all manual documents before sending out to the New Hire.
- Send and gather the necessary paperwork (forms & documents) required by the country.Review all paperwork received.Contact/chase the New Hires to obtain missing documentation/information and signed forms.
- Give support by providing answers to the New Hires queries/concerns they may have during the Onboarding process.Escalate queries whenever is needed to the Team Lead...
