**Institutional Coverage & Franchise Growth**

+ Develop and manage relationships with institutional clients, including asset managers, hedge funds, banks, insurers, and official institutions
+ Drive revenue through trade idea generation, client engagement, and execution across fixed income products
+ Maintain active dialogue with clients, delivering timely market colour, relative value ideas, and actionable insights
