Fixed Income - Production Support Analyst

The role is a Fixed Income & Rates Technology Specialist supporting mission-critical front-office trading platforms during LATAM trading hours (GMT-6) . The position combines Production Support , QA Testing , and L2 Engineering , with primary focus on live trading support and secondary involvement in testing and engineering activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide front-office production support for Fixed Income products (Bonds, Swaps, Inflation-linked instruments).
• Act as the main point of contact for traders and business users , owning incidents from triage through resolution.
• Perform root cause analysis across the full trade lifecycle and implement workarounds during live trading.
• Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing , including P&L and risk validation.
• Manage defects and test cases using Jira/Xray .
