Fixed Asset Analyst

• Maintain detailed records of all fixed assets imported under IMMEX, including acquisition, location, movement, and disposal.
• Ensure proper documentation for asset registration, transfers between facilities, and disposals in accordance with IMMEX and customs regulations.
• Reconcile fixed asset records with customs documentation and IMMEX reports.
• Conduct periodic physical audits of fixed assets and resolve any discrepancies.
• Support internal and external audits by providing asset‑related information and documentation.
• Assist the IMMEX Coordinator in preparing asset‑related reports for SAT and Secretaría de Economía.
• Monitor regulatory changes affecting asset management under IMMEX and update procedures as needed.
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure accurate asset tracking and reporting.
• Implement best‑practice improvements for asset management and compliance.
