Industrial Door Engineering Ltd are looking for a Fitters Mate based in Northwich

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure that at all times work is undertaken to the standard set by IDE, as expected by our customers.
• Carry out the work in accordance with the instructions issued by the Service Planners in a safe and cost effective manner.
• Provide advice to customers on appropriate repairs and upgrades and confirm a quotation will be raised internally.
• Fulfil our ‘duty of care’ by following our Preventive Maintenance commitment to our customers, by replacing worn or Change-Before-It-Breaks (CBIB) components, according to IDE schedules and guidelines.
• Ensure that customers are kept fully informed on the progress of work undertaken on site and advised when work is completed and shown what was done.
