Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure that at all times work is undertaken to the standard set by IDE, as expected by our customers.Carry out the work in accordance with the instructions issued by the Service Planners in a safe and cost effective manner.Provide advice to customers on appropriate repairs and upgrades and confirm a quotation will be raised internally.Fulfil our ‘duty of care’ by following our Preventive Maintenance commitment to our customers, by replacing worn or Change-Before-It-Breaks (CBIB) components, according to IDE schedules and guidelinesEnsure that customers are kept fully informed on the progress of work undertaken on site and advised when work is completed and shown what was done.Ensure all site activities are carried out in accordance with the Company’s Health & Safety Polic...
