Fitters Mate & Installations Operative Role Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on Fitters Mate / Installations Operative to join our team for a 3-month summer contract (July, August, and September). Based out of Northampton, you will be the ultimate extra pair of hands, assisting our lead fitters with driving, unloading, site preparation, and installation support. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in DIY or hand tools who wants to get stuck into practical work, with the potential to learn on-the-job fitting skills along the way. Key Responsibilities Driving & Logistics: Shared driving duties to and from various building and project sites. Site Preparation & Takedowns: Assisting with pulling down old fixtures, clearing areas, and prepping spaces for installation.
