We are currently recruiting for both Mechanical Assemblers and Machine Operators to join a busy manufacturing and production environment in Aldershot. These are hands‑on roles suited to candidates with manufacturing experience who are comfortable working in a fast‑paced production setting.

Mechanical Assembler – Key Responsibilities

• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
• Mechanical assembly of products.
• Installing doors, locks, and mechanical components.

Machine Operator – Key Responsibilities

• Operating moulding machinery within a fast‑paced team.
• Adjusting machine settings.
• Performing minor repair and maintenance when required.
• Quality control and packing of orders.
