Fitter Welder

Job Summary:

Panelmatic Inc. is seeking a dedicated and skilled Fitter Welder. The Fitter Welder builds the foundational frames, bases, and assemblies that serve as the structural backbone of Panelmatic’s engineered enclosures. This role combines craftsmanship, precision, and teamwork to ensure each unit is fabricated to specification, meets quality standards, and supports efficient downstream assembly. Operators progress through defined tiers (I–III) based on demonstrated skill, independence, and contribution to team performance.


Job Duties:

+ Interpret fabrication and weld drawings accurately to prepare, align, and assemble structural components.

+ Perform MIG welding on mild and stainless steel in accordance with established quality standards.

+ Measure, fit, and align channels, beams, and components using squares, grinders, and layout tools.
