**Structural Steel Fitter**

**Location:** Fabrication Shop

**Schedule:** Day Shift or Afternoon Shift | OT Available

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced **Structural Steel Fitter** to join a busy fabrication shop supporting commercial, institutional, and industrial projects. In this role, you'll read blueprints, fit and assemble structural steel components, operate fabrication equipment, and perform welding as required.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
+ Lay out, fit, and assemble structural steel components (beams, columns, frames, pedways, etc.)
+ Cut, drill, bend, roll, and prepare steel using fabrication equipment
+ Tack weld and fit components for final assembly
+ Operate overhead cranes safely
+ Perform MCAW, FCAW, and SMAW welding
+ Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy
+ Follow shop safety procedures and participate in dail...
