Position OverviewOTF is looking for Fitness Coaches to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts.

Compensation: Listed pay of $25 to $60 per session includes base pay + bonuses for certified personal trainers.

Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts
Help members set and achieve goals
Make sure members are using correct form and offering corrections if they aren’t
