Fitness Class Instructor

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and determined Fitness Class Instructor with experience in the fitness industry and excellent communication skills, to contribute to increasing participation in fitness activities and promote health and well‑being in Chepstow’s Exercise Studios.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver a high standard of customer service and retention; deliver fitness classes; increase participation in fitness activities; promote health and well‑being within the studio environment.

Key Requirements

• Experience in the fitness industry.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Committed to increasing participation in fitness activities.
• Welsh language skills desirable.
• Basic DBS check; exempt from Rehabilitation of Offenders Act.
