The Role

As Fit-Out Estimator, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for fit-out and refurbishment projects ranging from £200k to £200m

• Analysing drawings, specifications, and tender documentation

• Producing detailed take-offs and pricing schedules

• Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations
