Purpose of Role
Responsible for providing a welcoming, efficient, personable and authentic experience for each guest during all encounters. Aim to maximize guest interaction while minimize time spent away from them. Create wow moments for guests by attending to their needs and performing W’s Whatever/Whenever service promise during all interactions.
Responsible for the safe and effective use of equipment in FIT and the maintenance / cleanliness of the equipment. Build professional rapport with FIT members and frequent hotel guests.

- Provide a welcome experience to guest for every visit, by providing W’s Whatever/Whenever service and assisting with any request.
- Be fully able to order and provide FIT beverages to guests upon request.
