FIS ALS Business Analyst

FIS ALS Business Analyst About the role We are hiring a Business Analyst to support and evolve a major lending platform built on FIS ALS. You will own the analysis that turns business need into deliverable, well-governed change across the lending lifecycle from requirement elicitation through functional/technical specification and into test and release. You will be the bridge between Product Management, Product Owners, Scrum Teams, business users and leadership. Responsibilities Business analysis Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders. Run workshops, interviews and requirement elicitation sessions. Analyse current- and future-state lending processes. Produce Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) and user stories. Define acceptance criteria and business rules.
