First Year Discovery Event: August 2026

Join Susquehanna for our Virtual First Year Discovery Day, designed specifically for first-year university students interested in exploring career paths in quantitative trading. During this event, you’ll gain insight into how our trading, technology, research, and business teams collaborate in a fast-paced, data-driven trading environment. No prior finance experience is required, just curiosity, creativity, and an interest in problem-solving. This program is a great way to engage with the trading community and learn how you can stay in touch for future opportunities with Susquehanna. 

 The event will be held mid-year. We will be in touch regarding next steps for attendance in July.
