• Prepare and oversee the preparation of high-quality dishes, maintaining consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation.
• Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and execution of seasonal and event-specific offerings.
• Maintain hands‑on involvement during peak service periods to ensure quality control and timely delivery.
