First party collection agent

We're looking for people to work at TCR as a Collections Agent. In this position, you'll provide debt collection services for a variety of clients and portfolios, helping Canadians rebuild their credit. Please note that while this is a work-from-home position, you must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the TCR office in Laval, QC, to pick up and return assigned equipment during your employment.

• Contact consumers by telephone to negotiate payments on delinquent accounts
