First Class Chief Power Engineer & Environmental Manager

Reports to the Site Manager. The role ensures safe, efficient, and compliant operation of energy systems while leading all aspects of site environmental activities, focusing on energy performance and environmental impact.

Operations and Maintenance

• Oversee powerhouse operations, including boilers, steam, and water systems.
• Plan shutdowns, inspections and preventive/corrective maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with all internal and external regulations.
• Optimize equipment performance and reliability.

Environmental Management

• Manage environmental programs covering air, water, waste and GHGs.
• Ensure compliance with environmental laws and permits.
• Lead audits, regulatory reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
