**Job Description:**

We are looking for a First Article Associate (New Product Introduction Technician) to join our team in Phoenix. This individual will be supporting our new and existing clients with their new product needs.

Fully In Office: Monday-Friday

**What You'll Be Doing:**

+ Supports key customers by requesting and tracking customer specific requirements and ensuring Arrow internal processes meet the defined customer requirements and under the direction of an engineer creates and develops first article for firmware programming.
+ Support key account customers by requesting and tracking customer specific requirements and ensuring our internal processes meet the defined CSR.
+ Acts as account manager for key customer accounts including order entry, tracking, etc.
