Fire Fighting Design Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage fire fighting system design activities for multiple projects.

• Prepare, review, and approve fire fighting drawings, hydraulic calculations, BOQs, and technical specifications.

• Ensure compliance with NBC, NFPA, IS codes, and other relevant fire safety standards.

• Design fire protection systems including sprinkler systems, hydrant systems, fire alarm systems, and suppression systems.

• Coordinate with MEP, architectural, and structural teams for design integration.

• Develop and monitor project schedules and design deliverables.

• Conduct technical reviews and resolve design-related challenges.

• Maintain accuracy, quality, and documentation of all fire fighting design outputs.

• Handle client coordination, meetings, and approvals.
