Fire Detection Commissioner (SAQCC Registered)

Key Responsibilities

• Commission, service, maintain, and troubleshoot fire detection systems.
• Program and configure fire detection control panels.
• Conduct inspections, testing, and fault finding on fire detection and sprinkler systems.
• Ensure all work complies with applicable SANS standards and industry regulations.
• Supervise and mentor assistant technicians on site.
• Conduct client site surveys and assessments.
• Prepare quotations based on site requirements.
• Manage projects from planning through to successful completion.
• Complete technical reports and project documentation accurately.
• Travel to client sites as required.
• Work after hours or on standby when operational requirements demand.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Valid South African driver's licence.
• Current SAQCC Fire Detection registration.
