Job Description
We're partnereing with a reputable fire safety company to find a Fire Alarm Technician to join their team in Saskatoon. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide variety of in-field fire services such as installing, inspecting, maintaining, modifying, programming, and servicing fire alarm and fire protection systems.
What you'll do:
Reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, specifications, schematics, and operational/product manuals; Racking up panels, running wiring / cabling, installing devices and conduit; Working with Emergency Lighting, and Monitoring Systems; Evaluating plans, customer requests, code, and non-conformance issues to determine specific solutions Trouble shooting - conducting investigations of various fire alarm, fire suppression and sprinkler systems troubles and concerns; Preparing stock materials for daily execution of assigned work orders Supporting take off's and prepari...
