Job Description

Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice and support on fintech, payments, digital assets, crypto, blockchain and technology-related matters, including commercial partnerships, platform arrangements, payment products, embedded finance, digital wallets, tokenisation and other innovative financial services offerings.

Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial and technology agreements, including partnership agreements, payment services agreements, SaaS agreements, cloud services contracts, outsourcing arrangements, referral agreements, reseller agreements, supplier contracts and technology service agreements.
